About the role

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced, strategic, and technically fluent Analyst Relations (AR) Manager to lead its AI Governance AR program. This Principal-level (L7) role will develop, manage, and execute the global AR strategy for AI governance — encompassing responsible AI, AI safety, model risk management, AI transparency, regulatory compliance, and trustworthy AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute the global AR strategy for AI governance (responsible AI, AI safety, model risk management, AI transparency, regulatory compliance, trustworthy AI frameworks).
• Serve as the strategic architect of how the analyst community perceives and positions AWS’s AI governance capabilities, including Amazon Bedrock Guardrails, SageMaker Model Monitor, and broader responsible AI principles and tooling.
• Develop evidence‑based strategies to shape how analysts evaluate AWS’s AI governance posture.
• Synthesize competitive intelligence from multiple firms and research sources.
• Align cross‑functional teams (product, policy, legal, engineering, marketing) toward coherent AI governance positioning.
