About the role
KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client near Boston, MA seeking an Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist. The position is fully on‑site with free parking and offers a pay rate of $26‑$30 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer collections and follow up on past‑due balances
- Research payment discrepancies and resolve customer account issues
- Post cash receipts and credits and assist with AR reconciliations
- Support month‑end close and credit/collections reporting
Requirements
- 1+ years of Accounts Receivable and/or Collections experience
- Strong customer communication and phone skills
- Intermediate Excel skills; Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs preferred
