About the role
The AR Collections & Invoicing Specialist is responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Generate and send invoices to customers
- Follow up on overdue payments and manage collections
- Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues
- Monitor payment trends and make adjustments as necessary
- Prepare reports on account activity and financial performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
