About the role

The AR Collections & Invoicing Specialist is responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and send invoices to customers
  • Follow up on overdue payments and manage collections
  • Communicate with customers to resolve billing issues
  • Monitor payment trends and make adjustments as necessary
  • Prepare reports on account activity and financial performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
