Aquatics Program Coordinator
Job Description
The YMCA of the Fox Cities is hiring an Aquatics Program Coordinator for our Fox West YMCA branch, located in Greenville, WI.
Qualifications
- Currently certified in CPR & First Aid for the Professional Rescuer.
- Lifeguard Instructor Trainer certification and CPR for the Professional Rescuer Instructor is preferred, but not required.
- Certified as a YMCA Swim Instructor, and/or WSI preferred, but not required.
- Minimum experience of 3-years teaching aquatic programs for all ages and levels.
- Experience in staff and/or pool management preferred, but not required.
Essential Functions
- Provide safe and enjoyable water-based programs for participants of all ages, including swim lessons.
- Ensure our pool, water fitness classes and swim lessons continue to be considered the gold standard in our community.
- Develop the talents of our pool lifeguards and swimming instructors, including ongoing training and mentoring.
