Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Have been in a leadership position for the last 6 months or more.
- Have at least 6 months of experience engaging with children.
- Have at least 6 months of experience in a customer service job.
Preferred Experience
- An aquatics background is preferred.
- Experience in swim instruction, lifeguarding, coaching, education, recreation, or other roles focused on teaching and developing others is highly valued.
Willingness to Travel
- You should be open to visiting all Watermelon Swim locations.
Certifications Needed
- Get trained in CPR/First Aid within 45 days.
- Get certified in Lifeguarding within 90 days of starting with us.
