Aquatics Manager in Training

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Have been in a leadership position for the last 6 months or more.
• Have at least 6 months of experience engaging with children.
• Have at least 6 months of experience in a customer service job.
• Preferred to have an aquatics background or experience in swim instruction, lifeguarding, coaching, education, recreation, or other roles focused on teaching and developing others.
• Willing to travel to all Watermelon Swim locations.
• Get trained in CPR/First Aid within 45 days and Lifeguarding within 90 days of starting with us.
• Submit 2 letters of reference for consideration.
