Aquatic Team Lead

Overview

As an Aquatic Team Lead, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day efficiency of our operations. You'll be responsible for guiding and supporting your colleagues to meet production goals and maintain a well-organized workflow.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Aid team members in effectively managing their time and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide guidance on prioritization and workflow.
• Distribute tasks and assignments to team members based on their skills and workload to ensure balanced and efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area conducive to efficient operations.
• Monitor the flow of work, identifying potential bottlenecks, and proactively suggest adjustments to improve efficiency.
• Ensure all team members understand and follow established operational procedures and guidelines.
• Observe and report on the progress and completion of assigned tasks by team members.
• Ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment for the team to perform their tasks effectively.
• Serve as a central point of contact for operational updates and information within the team.
• Identify and escalate operational issues or challenges that impact team productivity.
• Aid in the onboarding and training of new team members on operational processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: HS Diploma required or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience leading others and directing other’s work.
• Proven experience in an operational or production environment.
• Experience in mosquito management, facilities, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Appropriate certifications.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
