Key Responsibilities

• Congduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized aquatic therapy treatment plans.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with regulations and clinic policies.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, home exercise programs, and preventative care strategies.
• Regularly assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and methodologies specific to aquatic therapy or desire to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
