Aquarium & Aviary Service Representative

About the role

This area is currently only servicing bird cages. This is a part-time position. Work is typically done during business hours of 8am to 7pm but is flexible. Hours will vary but it is a very part-time position averaging 2-4 Hours per month.

Responsibilities

• Well organized and possess excellent time management skills
• Professional appearance with excellent communication skills
• Effectively communicate company products and services
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Inner drive and desire to exceed goals
• Respond to calls, emails, faxes to take care of customer needs
• Able to make an efficient work schedule
• Manage service cycle for customer base

Requirements

• Experience in fish keeping and or bird keeping preferred
• Great attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to continually adjust priorities to match the business need
• Strong work ethic along with being on time and maintaining good attendance
• Ability to successfully communicate and contribute in a team oriented environment
• Must have the ability to comprehend and follow instructions and to read and write in English
• Preference given to candidates with mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to be flexible with schedule and job responsibilities
• Able to travel in your service area radius
• Heavy lifting and maneuvering is required
• Flexibility is a must!
• High School education is preferred
• Driver’s License required
