Represent Advanced Power Systems in all activities in assigned territory. Provide superior customer satisfaction by providing unique, innovative solutions with the customer needs in mind at all times.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Introducing the customer to Advanced Power Systems and what we have to offer in terms of business solutions
Promote Service Programs tailored to match the needs of each respective customer
Promote Parts sales to customers within your territory
Promote rental business within your territory.
Define Target Accounts and Measure performance towards those Target Accounts
Maintain all existing Advanced Power System customers
Work closely with Service Manager, Service Technicians and Sales Team
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Introduce Advanced Power Systems to customers and promote business solutions
- Promote Service Programs tailored to customer needs
- Promote Parts sales and rental business within the territory
- Define and measure performance against target accounts
- Maintain existing customers
- Work closely with Service Manager, Service Technicians, and Sales Team
SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Possess a clean, safe vehicle for conducting business
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity
- Have a strong desire to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Interact effectively with all departments within the dealership
- Manage conflict and possess solid negotiation skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Dress professionally and appropriately
- Generate growth in Parts, Service, and Rental within the territory
- Demonstrate good time and territory management skills
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years’ experience in Material Handling Equipment/Battery, Chargers, Floor Cleaning
- Industrial Sales Experience Preferred
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
- Current unrestricted driver’s license
WORK CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
