About the role
As a fast-growing mental health practice group, LifeStance Health seeks to hire an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to support our mission of helping individuals, families, and communities with their mental health needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatments.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and education.
Requirements
- Current licensure as an APRN in the state of practice.
- Completion of an accredited APRN program.
- Experience in mental health nursing preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
