APRN / Mobile Health Program

About the Role

Join Mission Mobile Medical’s Mobile Health Program serving Butler County, Missouri and earn a 20% salary premium by going mobile. This role focuses on delivering women’s health care that is personal, proactive, and deeply connected to the community. As an APRN, you’ll champion access, lead programs, and bring essential services directly to women who need them most—breaking down barriers and practicing purpose-driven care on wheels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and provide routine primary care to improve patient health outcomes.
• Perform patient assessments, including taking medical histories, conducting physical examinations, and ordering/interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Develop and manage treatment plans for chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Handle administrative duties, including opening/closing the clinic, inventory management, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, appointment scheduling, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Administer vaccinations, conduct health screenings, and educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyles.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, nurses, and medical assistants to deliver comprehensive care.
• Participate in community outreach activities to raise awareness about the mobile clinic’s services and engage with the community.
• Actively contribute to leadership-level planning for growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Master's or DNP Nurse Practitioner (APRN) with completion of an accredited APRN program.
• Current Adult Medicine Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANPCB) Board Certification or equivalent.
• Currently licensed or eligible for Missouri APRN licensure.
• Clinical experience in women’s health services preferred.
• Experience with EHR systems preferred.

Work Environment

100% onsite—travel with the mobile clinic team to nearby mobile health locations. The main brick-and-mortar location is at 110 S. 2nd St., Ellington, MO 63638.

Pay & Benefits

• 80 PTO hours available after the first 60 days of service.
• Medical insurance with 100% employer contribution for participating plans.
• $10,000 life insurance with 100% employer contribution.

• 401K with eligibility after 120 days; fully vested with up to a 4% employer match.
• Weekly payday, every Friday.
