Apres Ski Pub - Front of House Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Aiding in scheduling, daily staffing levels, payroll, inventory, etc.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant, including service stations and banquet areas, and keeping work areas clean, neat, and organized
• Addressing complaints or problems to ensure guest satisfaction
• Collaborating with Avalanche Bay staff and other departments to plan and coordinate events requiring food and beverage service
• Being aware of accident prevention and safety
• Identifying and implementing new methods, techniques, equipment, and materials to enhance restaurant efficiency and quality

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• A high school diploma or GED, with six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with point of sale software and Microsoft products like Word and Excel preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and guest relations skills; extensive knowledge of restaurant operations
