About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This position will be responsible for managing project execution from design through construction, ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Oversee subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with contract terms and DPR’s standards
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to manage expectations and resolve issues
- Prepare and present project reports and progress updates to clients and management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
