About the Role

The role involves supporting the Global Privacy Oversight organization in governance, monitoring, and quality assurance of privacy-related processes across multiple pillars of the Privacy Program.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance, and enforcement of privacy program Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of privacy program processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with privacy standards.
• Aid in the governance and continuous monitoring of privacy risks and controls.
• Manage the privacy program documentation inventory, including organization, accessibility, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with retention and deletion requirements for privacy program records.
• Support cross-functional privacy initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Minimum academic qualification preferably: CACSCAMSLL.B.CIAMBA
• Experience in compliance or legal functions will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with LL.B. qualifications and certifications in compliance, privacy, or audit will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Additional Information
