About the role

Career opportunities available for Water Well Pump Technicians/Installers in El Paso County. Positions range from Apprentice to Lead levels.

Responsibilities

• Direct experience in plumbing and/or electrical fields preferred.
• Class A CDL is a definite plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• General labor, plumbing, electrical work, excavation, and servicing of residential and commercial water well pump systems.
• Must pass a drug test and have a clean driving record.
• Available to be on-call rotation on Saturdays.
• Installation/troubleshooting of residential and commercial systems required for Lead positions.
• Experience with VFDs, windmills, and solar pump systems is a plus for Lead positions.
• Responsible for driving and operating a service rig and leading a two-man crew for Lead positions.

Requirements

• Apprentice: Direct experience in plumbing and/or electrical fields preferred.
• Lead: Direct experience in installation/troubleshooting of residential and commercial systems required. Experience with VFDs, windmills, and solar pump systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the job.

Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in plumbing and/or electrical work.
• Knowledge of general labor and excavation techniques.
• Experience with VFDs, windmills, and solar pump systems (for Lead positions).
• Ability to operate a service rig.
