Job Duties
- Learn how to utilize Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call
- Wear floor savers while in the client’s home and maintain a neat work area
- Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home to ensure everything is working properly
- Learn how to explain services performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed
- Ensure clients are 100% satisfied with all work

PAYSCALE
Based on experience, starting pay is $15/hr, increases to $17.50/hr after 90 days of satisfactory performance, and increases $1.00/hr every 6 months until you reach $20/hr.
