Key Responsibilities

• Complete basic handyman services under supervision
• Assist experienced handymen on larger jobs
• Prepare work areas, carry tools, clean-up, and finish touches
• Maintain a professional appearance and excellent customer service
• Keep job sites and tools organized and clean
• Track your time and job details accurately
• Follow safety protocols and company quality standards

Qualifications

• 2+ years of handyman, construction, or trade experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of tools, home repair methods, and safe work practices
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Must provide reliable transportation
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs. and perform physical labor
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must carry or be willing to obtain general liability insurance (1099 requirement)

Contractor Details

• 1099 Independent Contractor: You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and benefits
• Flexible Scheduling: Work assignments are based on availability and workload
