About the role

We are currently seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. As an Apprentice, you will learn the business from the ground up, including full administrative responsibilities, customer service, interacting with both our stores and customers, completing administrative/clerical tasks, photography of jewelry for intake/tracking, and learning the basics of jewelry repair starting with polishing and quality control, all while training toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

Responsibilities

• Completing administrative/clerical tasks
• Photographing jewelry for intake/tracking
• Learning the basics of jewelry repair (polishing and quality control)
• Interacting with both our stores and customers
• Providing customer service

Requirements

• A high school degree or equivalent preferred but not required
• Variety of hours including some nights and weekends
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal required overtime

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

Pay

Base pay, $16.90 – $17.00. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
