About the role
Signet Jewelers, the world’s largest specialty retailer of diamond jewelry, is currently seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams!
Responsibilities
- Learn the business from the ground up, including full administrative responsibilities such as customer service, interacting with both our stores and customers, completing administrative/clerical tasks, photography of jewelry for intake/tracking.
- Gain foundational skills in jewelry repair, starting with polishing and quality control.
- Advance from Apprentice to Jeweler through a comprehensive training program.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, and managing time effectively.
- Deliver a Customer-First experience that exceeds customers' expectations for custom jewelry design and repairs.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design is preferred but not required.
- Varying hours including some nights and weekends, with a full-time 40-hour work week and seasonal required overtime.

Pay
Minimum starting rate of $15 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
Schedule
