• Determines the general condition of HVAC systems, troubleshoots malfunctions, and assesses the extent of necessary repairs.
• Maintains a clean work area and inspects for cleanliness after each job.
• Adheres to a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.
• Wears floor savers in the client's home.
• Maintains the company vehicle, ensuring it is clean both inside and out.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desired HVAC trade experience.
• Strong communication and technical competence.
• Pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
• Clean driving record.
