About the role
This 4-year fixed-term apprenticeship in Horticulture offers the opportunity to combine on-the-job learning with structured training. You’ll work alongside highly experienced Field Supervisors and Coordinators on a variety of projects, gaining skills in:
- Planting and pruning trees, shrubs, and other plants
- Operating basic machinery
- Maintaining and operating irrigation systems
- Identifying and controlling weeds, pests, and diseases
Based within the Open Space Operations team, you’ll gain exposure to all elements of horticulture through hands-on and technical training.

Pay
From $55,118.76 per annum + 17.5% annual leave loading + 12% superannuation for a 38-hour week.
Schedule
