As we continue to grow, we are seeking an apprentice Electrician to assist and learn all electrical operations and ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of our installations. Position Overview Assist the supervising electrician on all installation of ATS and Generators. Key Responsibilities: Review sold job folders and confirm all electrical scope aligns with code and Generator Supercenter standardsTroubleshoot electrical systems and trace wiring issues during installation and serviceSupport load testing of generator systems and ensure operational complianceAssist in project preparation, including trenching, conduit routing, and setting mechanical componentsPerform AC/DC wiring and read electrical diagrams and blueprints with precisionInstall electrical equipment and components including panels, ATS units, wiring, conduit, and controlsUtilize electrical testing and measurement tools proficientlyPromote job site safety, cleanliness, and team collaborationSupport and train electrical technicians, as neededPerform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required2+ years of professional electrical experience (generator installation experience is a plus)Strong knowledge of AC and DC electrical systemsProficient in reading wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manualsExperience working with conduit, electrical panels, transfer switches, and backup power systemsStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in various conditionsSafety-minded and detail-oriented with a commitment to code compliance Why Join Generator Supercenter?
