Responsibilities
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons.
- Interact positively with clients and team members.
- Participate in a structured skills ladder training program that defines career paths, expectations, and raise potential.
- Demonstrate willingness to work overtime and grow with the company.
Requirements
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Interest in growing with the company.
- Two years of experience in construction is a plus but not required.
- Previous experience in gutter services/installation or a passion for gutters is a huge plus but not required.
