Apprentice Electrician
About the role
As an Apprentice Electrician, you’ll assist lead electricians in completing residential and commercial electrical jobs while gaining the knowledge, training, and hands-on experience needed for a successful career.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial electrical equipment and systems.
- Support lead electricians with troubleshooting electrical issues and determining necessary repairs.
- Work with and learn to interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications.
- Identify, prepare, and organize appropriate materials and quantities for repair or installation projects.
- Use the Straight Forward Pricing Guide to help present repair or installation options to customers.
- Assist with safety inspections and ensure work is completed according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
- Provide courteous, respectful, and professional service to every customer.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant electrical, construction, or trade experience is a plus, but not required.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- A dependable, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a team, and take pride in quality workmanship.
Qualifications

Pay
