Apprentice - Creative Repair
About the role
Perform 4 or more repairs per day at customer locations.
Repair a variety of hard surfaces, including cabinets, countertops, floors, appliances, furniture, and more.
Deliver high-quality repairs that typically take less than two hours to complete.
Use creativity and problem-solving to develop repair solutions for each unique situation.
Communicate professionally with customers, tenants, property managers, and site personnel.
Keep accurate job notes and updates in company software.
Represent the company with a positive, service-focused attitude.
Learn and master our proprietary repair system.
Develop expertise with specialized tools and materials.
Continuously improve your repair and color-matching skills.

Pay
Competitive base pay plus performance bonuses starting on Day 1.
