The Electrical Service Technician I is an entry-level, client-facing field role responsible for supporting the troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair, and servicing of electrical systems under the direct supervision of a Journeyman or Master Electrician. This position assists in responding to service calls across commercial, industrial, and operational environments, helping to identify issues, perform basic repairs, and support system installations. In addition to developing technical skills, this role plays an important part in the customer experience by maintaining a professional presence on job sites, communicating respectfully with clients, and supporting timely and effective service delivery. The Technician I is expected to build foundational problem-solving abilities, follow established troubleshooting processes, and contribute to safe, high-quality work while progressing through required apprenticeship training and hours.
