About the role
Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour. We Offer Pay range of $19 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses Monthly bonus program depending on production Pay raise following paid training completion Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available) Paid holidays and paid time off after 6 months Company vehicle for daily route
Responsibilities
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
- Communicate with the support team with questions
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
- Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity
Requirements
- Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
- An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
