Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels, and more. We pride ourselves in providing incredibly fast service, maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere, and combining old school skill sets with new technology and products.
Our mission is to develop outstanding teams by investing in strong relationships. We aim to solve our customers' problems by reducing the waste of time, money, and materials that end up in landfills. Our vision is to establish and lead a nationally recognized market for surface repair as an alternative to replacement or complete refinishing. We strive to be represented in every major metropolitan area and be synonymous with spot repair among all facilities and maintenance management.
Responsibilities
- Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
- Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
- Communicate with the support team with questions
- Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
- Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
- Problem-solve repairs with creativity
Requirements
- Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
- An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
Qualifications
Competitive salary with a pay range of $20 to $25 per hour including base pay and performance-based bonuses. Pay raise following paid training completion. Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs. Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician. No weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime is available).
