Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair service provider. We repair small damage to surfaces like Floors, Countertops, Bathtubs, Cabinets, Appliances, Furniture, Elevator Panels, and more. We pride ourselves in providing incredibly fast service, maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere, and combining old school skill sets with new technology and products.

Our mission is to develop outstanding teams by investing in strong relationships. We aim to solve our customers' problems by reducing the waste of time, money, and materials that end up in landfills. Our vision is to establish and lead a nationally recognized market for surface repair as an alternative to replacement or complete refinishing.

Responsibilities

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - Construction, manufacturing, painting, or a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors

Pay

Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses. Pay raise once fully competent in role.

Schedule

Within 24-48 hours: A team member will reach out to all applicants. We will establish the process and what to expect. Limited weekends, late nights, or evenings (overtime will be available at times).
