About the role
We are looking for a talented and motivated young person to support the digital development of vocational training at the Federal Department of Justice and Police (FDJP). During your apprenticeship, you will accompany the FDJP in its digital transformation process and participate in various departmental projects. You will work closely with other employees and supervisors, allowing you to familiarize yourself with different areas of activity.
- Analyze and exploit data
- Support the definition of digital transformation strategies and the implementation of business process optimization projects
- Create visualizations and present results
- Assist in client support
- Collaborate on the definition and implementation of marketing measures
- Identify client needs, develop digital transformation strategies, and conduct professional data analyses
The FDJP handles political topics affecting various areas of society, such as social cohesion between Swiss and foreign populations, asylum law, internal security, and combating crime. Civil status and nationality issues, as well as gambling supervision, also fall under the department's responsibility.
Requirements
- Completed secondary education with strong grades in mathematics and languages
- Interest in digital technologies and processes
- Enjoy working in a team and have strong communication skills
- Solid analytical abilities and comfort with numbers
- Motivation, ambition, and a sense of responsibility
