Appointment Setter – Sales Influencer

About the role

Closet Factory is seeking an Appointment Setter - Sales Influencer to join their team at Costco and Lowe’s locations in Southern Utah. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to engage with customers, identify those in need of custom closet and storage solutions, and schedule in-home design consultations.

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers and create meaningful conversations
• Identify qualified homeowners interested in custom closets and storage solutions
• Schedule appointments for our design team
• Track results and achieve weekly performance goals
• Represent Closet Factory with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements

• Confident, outgoing personality
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable approaching and engaging new people
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay

$15/hour base pay with a $75 bonus for every qualified appointment generated. Uncapped performance-based earning potential.
