Appointment Setter - Sales
This is a fully remote position, but you must live in NJ, NY, FL, or Washington State.
About the role
We are a divorce and family law firm looking to hire an up-and-coming expert as our Legal Intake Sales Specialist. When our prospective clients reach out to us for help, they're often experiencing an emotionally difficult period in their lives. Our intake specialists provide our potential new clients with the ultimate telephone experience with the goal of scheduling them for a case evaluation. It requires the right combination of verbal skills, empathy, and the ability to investigate the basic root of their legal issues. You'll play an integral role in creating memorable client experiences.
This position involves complete administrative duties related to client intake and retention. If you have experience in law offices (special bonus points if you worked in a family law firm), strong knowledge of sales, and are looking to take that next step in your career, this position is for you. Responsibilities
- Provide an empathetic and professional telephone experience for prospective clients during emotionally difficult times
- Investigate the basic root of clients' legal issues
- Schedule case evaluations for potential new clients
- Perform administrative duties related to client intake and retention
Requirements
- Must live in NJ, NY, FL, or Washington State
- Experience in law offices (family law experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of sales
- Verbal skills and empathy
Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
