About the role
Convertros’ U.S. clients rely on the Customer Service Representative or Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive growth by handling inbound leads, building relationships, and converting interest into action. This is an entry-level friendly role designed for individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the drive to grow within a high-performance, remote sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads and convert them into bookings, appointments, or enrollments
- Manage daily performance metrics with full accountability for results
- Collaborate with leaders for ongoing feedback and real-time coaching
- Contribute to a fast-paced, data-driven sales culture focused on growth
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner with a proactive and goal-oriented attitude
- Comfortable with structure, targets, and measurable outcomes
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- No prior sales experience required – training provided
Work Environment & Requirements
- 100% remote – work from anywhere

Pay
- Paid training: $16 USD/hour
- After training: $8 USD per booking
- Performance-based earnings with no cap
Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours/week), between 12 PM and 12 AM EST, with availability on Saturdays
