Appointment Setter - Remote + Full time

Pay

• Paid training: $16 USD/hour
• After training: $8 USD per booking
• Performance-based earnings with no‑cap

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week), between 12 PM and 12 AM EST, with availability on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and convert them into bookings, appointments, or enrollments
• Manage daily performance metrics with full accountability for results
• Collaborate with leaders for ongoing feedback and real-time coaching
• Contribute to a fast-paced, data-driven sales culture focused on growth

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast learner with a proactive and goal-oriented attitude
• Comfortable with structure, targets, and measurable outcomes
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• No prior sales experience required – training provided (entry‑level friendly)
