Appointment Setter/Phone Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with Internet customers and prospects via phone, e-mail, or text.
• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to discuss current sales promotions.
• Respond to inquiries in emails and texts immediately.
• Handle all Internet sales inquiries promptly and personally.
• Set appointments, greet customers, and assist in connecting customers to a product specialist.
• Follow up with customers after they leave if they did not make a purchase.
