Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage and coordinate calendars, scheduling appointments for clients and internal staff.
  • Communicate with clients via telephone and email to confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and update client information with a high degree of accuracy in the company database.
  • Answer incoming calls, handle enquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional interaction at all times.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operational workflow.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required to support the team.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills with a proven ability to multitask.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous telephone manner.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is desirable but not essential.
