Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and coordinate calendars, scheduling appointments for clients and internal staff.
- Communicate with clients via telephone and email to confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and update client information with a high degree of accuracy in the company database.
- Answer incoming calls, handle enquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional interaction at all times.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operational workflow.
- Perform general administrative duties as required to support the team.
Requirements
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with a proven ability to multitask.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous telephone manner.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is desirable but not essential.
