About the role

Position OverviewThe Appointment Sales Associate plays a key role in driving the growth of 3 Day Blinds by connecting prospective and returning clients with our design consultants. This position is responsible for qualifying inbound leads, scheduling in-home consultations, and delivering an outstanding first impression of our brand. The role combines customer engagement, persuasive communication, and a strong commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and qualify leads for in-home or virtual design consultations.
• Build rapport with potential and returning clients, ensuring a high-quality, customer-first experience.
• Communicate detailed product knowledge about 3 Day Blinds’ custom window treatments — including blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies.
• Explain the benefits of our shop-at-home consultations with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Utilize proven sales strategies to generate excitement and secure appointments quickly and efficiently.
• Support sustained year-over-year sales growth by collaborating effectively with design consultants and sales leadership teams.
• Manage and respond to internal and external emails and chat communications accurately and promptly.
• Partner with district and regional sales teams to accommodate client requests and scheduling needs.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve client experience and optimizing the sales cycle.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of call center or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead generation preferred.
