About the role

The HVAC department is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to join our team. This position will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC issues
• Maintain and service existing HVAC equipment
• Install new HVAC systems as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and regulations

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and installation
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college education in HVAC or related field preferred

Skills

• Proficient in HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

Pay

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 annually.

Schedule
