Appointment Confirmation Representative

About the Role

At Dynamic EcoHome, we believe that strong appointments are the backbone of a high-performing sales engine. As an Appointment Confirmation Representative, you'll be at the intersection of strategy, sales, and customer experience, ensuring that every appointment is not only confirmed but optimized for success. This is an entry level position.

You're organized, quick on your feet, and great on the phone. You like thinking a few steps ahead, spotting problems before they happen, and working with a team to hit big goals. You care about giving people a smooth experience and love when everything runs like clockwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct timely and professional confirmation calls for all scheduled appointments
• Keep the sales calendar full
• Jump in quickly to reschedule or adjust when needed, ensuring things run smoothly and appointments actually happen
• Represent the company with confidence and clarity during all calls

Requirements

• Customer service experience is a great bonus—but just as important is a strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed
• Ability to commute to Richardson, TX 75082

Schedule

Shift is Tuesday to Saturday, 10–6 (WFH Saturday). Full-time.

Pay

Base $/hr plus weekly commission pay.
