Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound calls from customers and new leads
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives (appointment setting/appointment scheduling)
- Make outbound calls to follow up on marketing leads and inquiries
- Enter customer and appointment information using CRM and data entry systems
- Send informational packets prior to scheduled appointments
- Aid with general office support and administrative tasks
- Provide professional, friendly phone-based customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ year of customer service, call center, or appointment setting experience
- Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
- Comfortable with computers, CRM software, and accurate data entry
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Regular and reliable on-site attendance required
