You will analyze and model terabytes of data, create state-of-the-art algorithms, and own end-to-end business problems to directly impact the company's profitability. Collaborate in a diverse team environment to build advanced machine learning systems that manage the safety of millions of transactions daily and scale operations with automation.

Responsibilities

• Innovate with the latest GenAI/LLM/VLM technology to build highly automated solutions for efficient risk evaluation and automated operations.
• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning solutions in the Amazon production environment to create impactful business value.
• Learn, explore, and experiment with the latest machine learning advancements to create the best customer experience.
• Build scalable, efficient, and automated processes for large-scale data analyses, model development, validation, and implementation.
• Provide clear and compelling reports for solutions and contribute to ongoing innovation and knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Collaborate with business partners and engineering teams to address real-world problems with scalable machine learning solutions.

Qualifications

• PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of experience in CS, CE, ML, or a related field.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python, or a related language.
• Experience in algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, or high-performance computing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Track record of leading large-scale AI transformation projects.
• Strong publication record in top-tier conferences/journals such as CVPR, NeuIPS, ICML, ACL, or EMNLP.

Pay

Base salary range: $142,800.00 - $193,200.00 USD annually (USA, WA, Seattle). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
