Job Responsibilities

Design, train, and evaluate deep neural networks and Language Models (LLMs).

Own experiments end-to-end: formulate hypotheses, select datasets, choose evaluation metrics, and interpret results.

Prototype fast; turn promising ideas into reliable systems.

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to bring ideas to life.

Write clearly: produce high-quality papers, documentation, and concise experiment reports.

Strive for both rigorous research and rapid deployment.

Minimal Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a PhD program or in industry.
  • Experience training deep neural networks.
  • Proficiency in frameworks such as PyTorch.
  • Published 1 or more papers in the field of deep learning.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience training Large Language Models (LLMs), including Self-Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning (RL)-based techniques.
  • Experience in the domain of code generation.
  • At least 1 paper accepted into a top conference.
  • Proficiency in best software engineering practices.
  • Experience formulating, structuring, and answering open-ended questions.
  • Passion for visual design or user interface (UI) design; relevant prior work in the space.
