About the role

As a Applied AI Engineer, Internal Tools, you’ll build and scale AI-powered tools, workflows, and solutions that transform how our teams work—reducing manual effort, accelerating productivity, and driving smarter execution across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact opportunities to transform manual processes into intelligent, AI-driven workflows that deliver measurable business value
• Design and build innovative AI-powered tools, agents, and automations that enhance productivity across functions like HR, Finance, Operations, and Legal
• Leverage platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and enterprise AI tools to create scalable, business-ready solutions
• Create reusable templates, prompts, and frameworks that enable teams to scale AI usage across the organization
• Empower colleagues through hands-on training, demos, and “art of the possible” sessions that unlock the full potential of AI

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience

Pay

$104,300.00 - $177,800.00

Schedule

This job is hybrid and will require you to be in the office(Boston, Maitland, or Milwaukee) 25% of the time.
