Applied AI Engineer - Agents

About the role

We are seeking experienced professionals across multiple disciplines to join our operations, engineering, data science, client success, quality, and product teams. Roles are available in Hyderabad (IN), Manila (PH), Wilmington (DE), and remote US locations. All positions are full-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead coding operations and quality assurance initiatives
• Manage claims operations and U.S. claims processing workflows
• Develop and maintain Python-based applications with LangGraph and evaluation frameworks
• Design and implement data science models and analytics solutions
• Drive client success and oversee payer operations
• Conduct quality and compliance audits
• Manage provider revenue cycle management and denials
• Lead B2B healthtech product development and strategy

Requirements

• Coding Operations: CRC certification + 5 years of relevant experience
• Quality Operations: RN license + 3 years of HEDIS experience
• Claims Operations: 3+ years of U.S. claims experience
• Engineering: Proficiency in Python, LangGraph, and evaluation frameworks
• Data Science: PhD or MS degree + 5 years of experience
• Client Success: 10+ years of payer operations experience
• Quality & Compliance: CCS certification + 4 years of audit experience
• Provider RCM: 3+ years of denials management experience
• Product: B2B healthtech experience
• Client Success (PMP): PMP certification + healthcare industry experience

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications as specified per role (CRC, RN, CCS, PMP)
• Advanced degrees (PhD or MS) for data science roles
• Proven track record in respective functional areas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
