About the role
We are seeking an Applied AI Analyst to join our rapidly expanding AI Strategy & Enablement Team. This role is pivotal in designing, building, and shipping the tools, automations, and integrations that power our operations and client service.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and support AI tools for clients like Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot while helping users actually use them well at an enterprise scale
- Design and ship automations that reduce manual work for clients and our service delivery teams
- Build and maintain MCP server integrations connecting AI models to client and internal systems
- Provide end users with turnkey support to either answer usability questions, troubleshoot technical issues, or improve their understanding and skillset of AI tooling
- Gain an understanding of clients’ business and the underlying processes to identify opportunities for new tooling, processes, platforms, or services
- Ride along on client engagements - answering questions, supporting onboarding, and being the kind of technical presence clients’ trust
- Research and evaluate emerging AI tools and surface recommendations to leadership internally and externally
- Work with company leadership on new product concepts, internal tooling, and cross-divisional initiatives
- Contribute to governance frameworks, skills libraries, and AI literacy resources for clients and internal teams
Requirements
- Hands-on technical experience and under-the-hood knowledge of Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code/Cowork, or other agentic frameworks
- Working knowledge of SQL or database concepts
- Familiarity with GitHub and/or production environments
- Azure familiarity is a strong plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can explain complex technical concepts to someone that can’t spell AIA
- Computer Science, MIS, AI, or related degree (or equivalent experience that proves you can build)
- Genuine curiosity about and passion for where AI is going and how it changes real, professional workflows
