About the role

Our client, a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space, is seeking an Applied Agentic AI Lead Partner Co-Design to join their team. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Responsibilities

  • Co-design and build production agentic systems with ISV Software Platform Architects, defining technical objectives and timelines
  • Implement agentic systems across RAG, inference, and multi-agent workflows using the company and ecosystem tools
  • Lead technical engagements ensuring successful adoption of software solutions through effective execution
  • Deepen technical breadth and specificity in areas like fine-tuning, reasoning, and production inference
  • Represent partner needs to the company's Product and Engineering teams, influencing the product roadmap with partner insights
  • Stay abreast of industry developments to ensure partners leverage cutting-edge AI technologies

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in technical engineering, product, or solutions roles focused on enterprise software and production AI
  • Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or relevant equivalent experience
  • Strong foundation in AI/ML and Deep Learning with experience in building enterprise-grade Generative AI systems
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern agent/LLM stacks, including LangChain and inference engines like vLLM/TensorRT-LLM
  • Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and understanding of Security, Compliance, and Governance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to relationship-building with internal and external collaborators

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $224,000 – $431,250 annually
