Applications Support Analyst (6268) with Security Clearance

Eagle Harbor, LLC., is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Applications Support Analyst to support our government client. The Applications Support Analyst provides functional and implementation support to IS&A, and IT Infrastructure Team, supports applications users and works closely with all functional teams within the NTC organization. This position is located in Albuquerque, NM. This position is required to be on-site and located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Position Responsibilities: Provides support in production, demonstration, and testing environmentsProvides client support during development and production deployment of applicationsAssists with identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issuesAssists with implementing patch management and software upgrades for all applicationsDocuments and maintains a knowledgebase and other associated information in accordance with IS&A and cyber security protocolsAssists in the development, maintenance, and implementation of a Disaster Recovery Plan for all production applicationsEnsures follow through on entire software lifecycleSupports Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) for development and production application authenticationApplies and follows basic safety and security concepts and policies Degree/Education/Certification Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: (T o perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily .)Bachelor's Degree in a computer related field or equivalent work experienceAt least 3 - 5 years professional experience in software/hardware applications for a complex organization including developmentAt least 2 years professional experience in an enterprise server environment Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Enterprise experience with Windows Server Platform 2019, 2022Enterprise experience with Windows Group Policy and Active DirectoryWorking knowledge of programming and database process life cyclesExcellent skills in written and spoken communicationExcellent time management skills and organizational abilitiesUnderstands the components of Project Management VEVRAA Federal Contractor Three Saints Bay, LLC and its subsidiaries offer a team-oriented working environment and the opportunity to work with exceptional, dedicated industry professionals.
