About the role

The Applications Sales Engineer will join the Customer Success Team within the Instrumentation and Controls business unit. The role involves assessing nuclear plant processes and aligning Curtiss-Wright product offerings with client needs. Collaboration with internal technical teams is essential to meet client specifications and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze RFPs and RFQs to develop compliant proposals.
  • Recommend technical solutions and identify customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering groups on equipment conceptual design.
  • Prepare technical proposals and coordinate with various departments.
  • Coordinate resolution of product issues and upgrades.
  • Work closely with a diverse group of sales and technical experts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of analog circuit design.
  • Proven ability to translate technical information into compelling sales messaging.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
  • Technical proficiency and knowledge of IEEE standards.
