About the Opportunity
The Applications Engineer II plays a key role in providing engineering expertise and project management to support the application of high-amperage busduct products within customer projects. This position is responsible for developing technical solutions, drafting product proposals, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The role contributes by working closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to enhance product knowledge and support successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering expertise for the application of high-amperage busduct products.
- Manage projects related to customer applications.
- Draft product offers and proposals.
- Resolve technical issues during the sales cycle.
- Support customer satisfaction through technical assistance.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to develop solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with electrical engineering principles related to busduct products.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to draft technical product offers.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25 percent.
